Outdoor heating and ventilation, Zodiac Aqualink Tri Pool Automation as well as an Exquisite Kitchen with 4 x High End fully automated Miele Cooking units.

Fully Automative Blinds & Shutters, Stereo and Slimline HIFI Theatre System. Haiku Wifi Controlled Ceiling Fans, Slimline Led Reading lights. Onto a Balcony with Radiant Heaters and Stereo System, Security and Camera’s.

All works are In Hand with https://www.serenitypoolco.com.au/ and the owner, we also created what I believe is the most stunning En-suite I’ve seen.

Commercial Electrical & Data Builds

PRK Electrics in conjunction with NBN Contractors had the task of new FTTB Installations into high rise buildings, Commercial FTTP Fit Outs and FTTN Installations across the Sunshine Coast region. The highest standards had to be upheld with constant Auditing from our Roll Out Partners and NBN wasn’t going to deter PRK Electrics from completing the project under budget and always ahead of Schedule.

In conjunction with Taylor Refrigeration PRK Electrics was tasked with the installation of power and instrument cabling and cable support systems for the newly built Sunshine Coast Cold Stores. The 1st of the external condensers were rated at 87kw for the Anti-room and the 3 main condensers were 134kw each housing three VSD’s for the cooling fans to ensure the cold room is able to reach temperatures of -25 degrees. As well as the condensers and evaporators, the building contained multiple door and floor heaters, Rapid roller doors, self levelling dock levellers for the unloading of freight all of which were cabled, tested and commissioned by PRK Electrics. We were very proud to be apart of this fantastic project and the high level of installation work we provided for the client.
